The objective of this project is to commercialize regions international level printed electronics, optics and optical measurements test results in 2008-2011. In this project competitive operational environment for research and business is created. The projects operation is to launch an application centre, PrintoCent which gathers together a cluster which consists of companies, research and education institutes.
